Wagon bug (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Hello people, I hope there is a solution to my problem.
I'm playing on ps4, second playthrough (the first time the console got stuck, I had to reset it to factory settings, and the game was deleted). I start a mission where you go to buy food with Sadie and she bought herself new clothes. I sent the mail, went to get on the cart - and I can't. Arthur climbs on it, but does not sit down, Sadie straightens the bag, the cart is still burning yellow, it does not go further. Dropped this case, went on a couple of other missions, came back - everything is the same. The first time I got to this point, but everything was okay.
Has anyone had this or knows how to deal with it? Why was it all right the first time, and the second time this bullshit?
