Plugin question (Fallout 4)

Hi everyone. Are plugins highlighted in a brighter color not working?

If you check them with a checkbox, the game does not load.

they are simply part of the mod, according to the idea, they should not work without them, and not vice versa.
what kind of mod is that though?

Mod makes it possible to lay out weapons and not only on stands. Like magazines and bobbleheads.
