Sim stuck in texture (The Sims Medieval)

Guys, I can't get the sim out of bed! already tried everything. Cheats do not work. Developer mode does not channel. I don't even have a Commands.ini file. restarting the game doesn't help either because the game has already been saved, what should I do?
