Fps drawdowns (Homefront: The Revolution)

Guys, if there is also such a problem of fps drawdown, then it is stable 40fps then once 15 fps then after 5 seconds again it is stable 40 fps is this problem solved or the patch should wait?

I have no drawdowns fps, 45-55 is stable at high. Maybe I was lucky, but on my system (Intel i5 4690k, 16GB, MSI AMD Radeon R9 380 Gaming 4G.) I did not observe any jambs in this game.

try turning off the vertical in the settings and go to window without a frame, it helped me.
