Bad with any settings. It is better to enter cities or there will be 1 frame in 3 seconds.

Look for fixes to reduce graphics, although the graphon will be a fig, but for that it will save you from friezes

I have it 4 gig all on the minimum all the files for additional quality reduction put it still brakes wildly.

There was such a topic, they say, you put all the graphics on averages, or at 50/50 medium with a high, pick up a little different options, I myself had this, at a minimum the brakes are terrible, you put it higher, the lags disappear! try is not torture!

do you think it only takes 4 gigabytes of memory to run the game. Athlon ii x3 450 3.0 mhz 4 gig and Radeon R7 360 2 Gb video goes at high - medium. You can play safely.

I have 60 fps with vidyahy GTX650 and 4GB of RAM at the minimum. But it is worth going to a shelter or to some big house, the duck fps drops to 25

I play on medium with R7 250, dual core processor and 4 GB of RAM

Fallout doesn't use much memory anyway. You can try to put enbseries - it helps some.

Perhaps there will be subsidence, friezes. I have 8 GB of RAM, 35-40 FPS keeps.

If all the rules are with vidyuha and the percentage, then at the minimum salaries + everything will be quite ok.
