Potion and Other Effects (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I downloaded a mod for drugs in Skyrim, played a little, now all effects last no more than 5 seconds, including for potions. Moreover, both the visual effect (Intoxication) and the physical effect (Restoration of lives). I do not know what to do, I tried to reinstall the mod, nothing.
