Server issue (Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege)

All today I can not connect to the servers. Looking for the game for 10-20 minutes, constantly transferring from team to team. Then it gives an error 2-0x0000D00A. Today everyone has such a problem, and if not, how to fix it?
