the ships will belong to whoever builds them, if you create a ship in this designer, then all members of the federation can build it, at least when designing a cruiser in my shipyards now there are two of them, the one that forms the basis of my fleet and the one that is designed for the federation. Well, bots have not yet become heads of the federation and, accordingly, have not designed anything.
