Technologies are not studied (Stellaris)

I canâ€™t put a technology on for study, I click on it, but it doesnâ€™t. Maybe there is some way to mix technologies or something.

There, in the "Society" column, I have 3 technologies that are not put, I used to have 1, then 2, now I canâ€™t study anything (
