Game crashes when loading after fixing 1280x1024 (Fallout 4)

I installed the fix did everything right, the game was in full screen mode, but when loading the game just crashes and that's it. What to do?

After Survival Beta and Patch 1.5, the game crashed for me too. We'll have to wait for another fix, or an update of the old one.
