Missing quest character from Far Harbor (Fallout 4)

Spoiler: Captain Avery is missing after the "Captain's Dance" mission. Now, because of this stake, quests with DiMa have arisen (in order to bring him to justice, Avery is needed) and the quest to help the settlement of Far Harbor (after the captain's dance, you need to talk to her). It is not marked anywhere on the map, can anyone come across such a problem?
