I bought the 650th 750TI in place, the game pulls the rules, BUT it makes a lot of noise under heavy load. I set the rotational speed of the cooler to a minimum, nothing changed, I even manually indicated what speed the cooler should have at a specific temperature and nothing. How not to tune, the noise remains (((I checked for dust on the fan ... in general, nothing interferes with the cooler. What could be the problem? With the 650th under heavy loads, this was not the case. It seems that the vidyakha lives its own life))))
