Yes, yes. Considering that there is no graphics in the game as such (1080p screen), I sometimes switch to 1366x768. There is not much difference, but the font is a little better visible. This is the only way out, while there are no mods / specials. patches to fix this problem. Surprisingly, games are now being released without scaling the interface. Almost every game since 2014 has this feature.

No modifications or resolution reductions required! Everything is much simpler.
1. Open the settings.txt file in the Documents Paradox Interactive Stellaris folder
2. Find the line: gui_scale = 1.000000
3. Change the value to the desired one. It is advisable to indulge in zeros, tk. 2.000000 would be too much.
