How to open achievements? (Stellaris)

People, how to open achievements? Otherwise they are all closed and do not want to open in any way.
I have a suspicion that they can only be opened in a multiplayer game.

They must be received in the "man-iron" mode - ironman. And no mods. And I can't live without mods, they correct mistakes.
