Missing the ability to change clothes and change weapons (Bloodborne)

I play "Bloodborne", it remains only to go through the locations of the DLC and kill Herman. At some point, I discovered that I could not change my clothes and weapons.
The "use" item is not active.
Is this an idea before the last boss or a bug?
UPD. Everything was resolved. I'm just a moron and forgot how to dress up in the game.
