Russification license (Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game)

One site recently distributed the 1st and 2nd fall and tactics, and everything is in English, I basically know the language, but I don't want to translate, can I somehow Russify it? P / S do not offer pirate download, I want to enjoy the license)
