Not working dlc (Marvel's Spider-Man)

There is a problem. Bought all the extras,but to start they can not,and sends the stor. In the game they do not stand out. Just grey,as if not purchased. Although everything is bought and installed. What to do. PS did backup saves,deleted on the system and overwriting. It did not help.
