Help with the problem.There was no such problem, there is a file in the documents only not where the configs and saves are, but in a hidden folder, I forgot which one, all the mods are registered there, i.e. their esp files

in the plugins file before all .esp put *
example * Vault98.esp
excluding dls, after changes in file properties specify - read only.
With the latest versions of Nexus Mod Manager, this shouldn't be a problem.
