Incomprehensible secret (Darksiders 3)

Good time of day. Did not understand what to do with a secret. The location of the Shelter, right next to the teleport North end is the usual texture of the stone, but it is a rumble as from any other conventional podberesky. The sound is from the ice: all around clambered, the objects around Portnoy, but never understood. Any ideas?
