Difficulty in the game (NBA 2K16)

I got the game a few days ago. The complexity in it is just tin. Even at the lowest level, the balls fly into my basket in batches. I'm a newbie, haven't played NBA games before. There is no Russian language in the game and almost nothing is understandable. Tell me, is it possible to somehow reduce the difficulty level, enable help, etc.? What settings need to be changed? And does anyone have a manual in Russian?
