The problem with textures in counter-strike source (Counter-Strike: Source)

The fact is that I tried to install skins on weapons in the counter strike! It didn't work! The weapon was displayed in the NO TEXTURE style! I tried again! The problem remained, and texture lags were added to it in the form of smears and gaps! I tried to reinstall the game! But this did not solve the problem! no texture no longer bothers, only smudges and gaps in weapons and character skins worries!
Help me please! How to fix???
