Joe is a person who speaks a lot, does a lot of things, but at the same time does not think what he is doing. He drinks a lot, walks ... Maybe that's why it gives the impression of a person who can vouch for few people. Of course, Joe is a good man, Vito helped a lot when he returned from the war, although he got there because of Joe.

They described this psychotype for Joe :-) Do not forget that Vito, while in prison, met a "useful" old man and at the time of the conversation with Henry, he had much more weight than Joe. (I think so!)
