Bug with the transition from the Institute. (Fallout 4)

Took a task from Sean about the return of synth. Having finished the dialogue, I decided to go to the nearest place of the assignment. After teleporting, I noticed that the whole character was covered with the blue teleport garbage, so did the pip fight! What to do? How to solve this bug?
PS I tried to boot and try again, but the pip battle was already blue.
