Quest \ "Hunt for the Younger \" (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
Very much for me, this is a multi-point quest and goes in parallel with the quest of the Novigrad gang.So, the point "to penetrate through the secret passage to the house of the younger" fails, you come to that house and Geralt says that they blocked this passage (how damn it not to fail the task of the Novigrad gang and go through this fucking secret path?)

This path is available only if you do not destroy the casino and the ring with the Cleaver, otherwise it will simply be closed by the bars, and the younger people who stand at the entrance will say that they recognized you and saw how you killed their friends.
Either you fail a few points in the Hunt for the Younger, or you fail 1 or 2 points of the mayhem in the Gangs of Novigrad quest. So it was conceived in general
