Mod does not work (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I installed this mod - http://gamer-mods.ru/load/the_witcher_3_wild_hunt/grafika/blood/118-1-0-3539
I did everything according to the instructions, but there are no changes in the game. Version 12.1.

Did you check WitcherScriptMerger.exe?

I donâ€™t know about the second mod, but it should work for blood, if there is a lot of blood splashes when finishing off, then it works.

Check that there is a modBLOOD folder in the mods folder and there should be three files in it - blob0.bundle, metadata.store, texture.cache
