Pomegranates (Fallout 4)

does not throw grenades, tried different buttons - does not help (including settings and quick buttons)

you need to hold down the button to throw the grenade. if this does not work, then it means a bug

On a PC - select grenades or mines in the pipboy or quick selection, hold down the Alt (left) key until the detached checks click, release the key.
