1) Collect swords, Araxos merchants guild ring and a list of goods. The ring is at one of the bandits, the list of goods is next to the chest. Both are behind the Secoba farm.
2) We approach Fernando. We throw out all the swords except one, the ring and the list.
3) We say we agree not to take it.
4) We pick up everything back and go to Martin.
On a side note, in the Return it is better not to hand over Fernando to the militia before completing the quest with Gallahad.
