The building creation tab disappeared during construction. (Fallout 4)

Put Follout ver. 1.5.157 with all DLCs. Patom installed Homemaker - Expanded Settlements, Professional Farmer from NX, Alternate Settlements - 1.1 - Alternate Settlements, Settlement Objects Expansion Pack after which the building construction tab disappeared in all locations.

NMM does not show errors and I put it through it. And yes, some objects are also not visible, but they keep the place behind them and are not built.
