Valley of the Yeti at ultras in 4K (screenshots) (Far Cry 4)
This DLC looks very cool on max and 4K, frame rate in the upper left corner, everything is ultra, anti-aliasing is off. I won't name Vidyuhu, you still won't believe it)Spoiler

on gtx 960 in 4k at ultra settings, he could only climb in the game menu, or, playing at 15 fps, screen the whole thing.
ps I have 960 myself at ultra settings in a resolution of 1920 * 1080 about 40 fps. although if anti-aliasing is off at all ... maybe 30 fps will pull 4K

gtx 960 4gb ). Moreover, the difference in performance with smaa anti-aliasing turned on and off is more than 15-17 fps and drawdowns to 25 begin immediately. With anti-aliasing turned off, the average fps is somewhere around 45-50, surrounded by trees, in the forest - 40. In 4K, turning on anti-aliasing is blasphemy as for me.
I have such a joke: The version of the game is Steam, so when I enter the game, the frame counter shows a maximum of 37-42 fps, and this is on the ultra in the resolution 1920x1080 .. But! If I play in 2K resolution, then generally 27-30fps ... At the same time, my computer is far from weak. And then one day I noticed such crap. When my internet was cut off, I entered the game, and steam went offline. At the same time, FPS on the same settings IMMEDIATELY increased 3 (!!!) times !!! At 1920x1080 - stable 99-130 fps, at 2K (2560x1440) 68-93 fps, and, again, at ULTRA settings, with all anti-aliasing, etc. Checked out the guess. I paid for the Internet - entered - again 20-42 fps ... I turned off the Internet, turned off steam, re-entered the game - voila! Again 68-130 fps! I'm shocked!!! Now, when I want to play, I cut off the internet and play. Nobody noticed anything like that? Strange crap ...

If you have a license from Steam, try with the Internet turned off, enter the game. Just do not turn on the client while your Internet is working. On my gtx 780ti, the percentage is 4790K - the fps has tripled, without exaggeration !! Just something - I play without the Internet. I noticed it by chance ...

so check the settings. When a client is offline, he pulls up the default settings, and not the ones that you configured when playing with a network connection.
