GPU load on the video card 90-99%

Today I turned on the computer and noticed that the video card was making a lot of noise. Through the MSI Afterburner program, I saw that the GPU is 90-99%, it does not fall below.
Tell me how to remove it ??

Probably downloaded a trojan that counts bitcoins, look for which program is superfluous in the processes or in Windows startup.
