I haven’t come across it myself, but I have come across information that in some cases, the game writes the paths to the game files to the saves. Accordingly, if the directory changes, and the saves are old, glitches are possible. a new game, see what happens. If the glitch does not appear - for sure - it is. If the same thing happens, the problem is in your personal drivers / hardware.

Remove AMD from your computer and install GTX and everything will be fine.
