Dark Souls III - Restrictions and Warning Messages. (Dark Souls 3)

To see if you have such warnings, switch the game language to English in the Russian version, alas, you didn't think to add them.
You can change the language for the license by right-clicking on the game - Properties - Language (nothing will be downloaded).

"Invalid Game Data" warning message
This message appears in Dark Souls III when loading the game, when it is detected in the player's profile that there is changed data (changed save / character data), the presence of external interference. This warning is intended to inform customers. After the first warning, I recommend that you delete any such cheats and modified saves and stop using them further (if the data is deleted quickly enough after the message is received from the Dark Souls III team, it may, at its discretion and depending on the severity of the violation, cancel the time restrictions and restore online with other players).

Does this user need to contact support? - If the client is really "innocent", did not use cheats, then there is no need to contact support, as the Dark Souls III team will simply delete the warning message after the profile has been falsely identified (since no cheats or changes will end eventually found).

There won't be a second chance.

"You have been Penalized" restriction message.
If this message appears in Dark Souls III when loading the game, then a license agreement violation has occurred. Players will have a permanent ban on their profile to restrict them online with other players. Please note that players will still be able to play "Online Mode" even with restrictions on their profile (ie play with others like them).

Does the user need to contact support? - First of all, if the player really believes that he was blocked falsely or would like to know the reasons why his account was restricted. Contacting the support service for his particular region will allow specialists to further study any existing locks on the user's profile and provide additional information for him.

Does the support team have the option to remove their restriction? - No, support can only investigate the game profile. All restrictions are handled by the Dark Souls III online team and any such request should be forwarded to this team for further investigation.

Can the restrictions be lifted? - The answer to this question remains with the Dark Souls III online team as soon as they can determine the level of severity of violations incurred by the profile. It is highly unlikely that any restrictions will be lifted from players who deliberately used cheats, exploits (mods / souls, etc.). If a player truly believes their profile needs to be verified, the support team may forward the customer account information to the Dark Souls III online team for further review.

If a customer asks support to remove the profile restriction without telling them that the customer has deliberately violated the license agreement, what are the consequences? - Yes, the profile could end up permanently blocked from being able to connect to the Dark Souls III servers, due to wasted time and resources that could have helped the real falsely accused.
