What do you change in the sResourceDataDirsFinal line? The line should be like this. Copy from here and paste to file.

In the last patches, something was changed with the installation of mods. Many stopped working because of this. Try old patches.

In general, on the 157th patch, the mods did not work for me ... When loading the saves, it says that they are absent, although everything is normally spelled out in all places.
NMM wrote that I have version 1.5 and that it would be better to reactivate the mods. Did it - did not help .... I rolled back to patch 132.

And something's wrong with NMM - it doesn't copy files from the mod folders to the game's Data folder. That is, when you turn on the mod, an ESP file appears, the mod is registered in plugins.txt, but files from the textures, meshes and others folders need to be transferred manually. When the mod is deactivated, the files are removed from the game, when turned on, they are not added back. I don’t understand what broke.

Hopefully the NMM is the latest version.
Try to run it from the admin, perhaps the path to the game in NMM is not correct.
