DLC issues (Dead Space 3)

Hello! Help solve the problem - game Dead space 3 (license), platform xbox 360. I passed a new game plus, I decided to put the addition "witness of the truth". Everything worked fine, there was a suit and weapons, but after the game was completed, the witness suit from the cloakroom and the evangelist's weapon from the safe disappeared. In general, the witness of the truth kit stopped working on the new game plus, but continues to work in standard mode, survival and hardcore. The rearrangement did not help.
