Skeleton Crest: Dragon Slaying (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)
The problem with the quest - killed the dragon long before taking this quest. So there is no quest marker on the map. It is useless to talk to the quest giver - there are no cues for completion (he took the apartment from the manager in Windhelm).The quest is not displayed through the showquesttarget console, I don’t know the quest ID for sure, it’s like BQ04. Cannot complete via console. SetStage and Completequest don't help. name plz console command Reset - how to write correctly to restart the quest.

There was the same problem: the pointer points to an empty space under the top, but there is no one there. With the resetquest BQ04 command, as you wrote, it turned out to remove the square from the list
