How to talk to others in the game by voice chat (Payday 2)

I connected headphones with a microphone and such a problem, I hear others in the dark zone, how they communicate and turn to me, but they do not hear me, maybe what settings need to be activated in the game itself or in the jupla so that they can hear me?
