Control Bug (Hitman (2016))

Hello everyone, there was such a nuisance: I
updated Windows to 10k, and now after entering the game, it detects two controllers simultaneously (a mouse with a keyboard and a joystick) and only the right and left buttons work. So it is not possible to enter anything, I tried to check the cache, it did not help, I looked for the game config files, but I found only the graphics config files. It is not possible to disable the joystick. I tried to connect the joystick, it's still the same trouble, it doesn't work at all. I tried to run the joystick through the emulator, the same thing. The mouse generally hangs in the center, and with the slightest movement, it is again dropped to the center. What to do? By the way, Windows is not an option to roll back.
