Info on achievements

People, is there a way (steam or third-party sites) to find out - in which games I already have all the achievements open, and in which ones still have to be discovered?

And then I have a lot of games, but I'm not going to play them. Only for the sake of achievements.

Thank you, interesting link.
However, something is wrong there. It shows that I have no achievements open in only two games. At the same time, in one of those games, I opened all the achievements. But other games, in which I did not open it for sure, are not in the list.

Apparently, they haven't updated the database since January. in my profile there is even an old ava.
