PC update for DS3 (Dark Souls 3)

Good day!
Here are my configurations:
CPU: athlon II x4 640
GPU: radeon HD6850 1gb
RAM: 8gb
Can I change something to increase the fps, or are there no options left? That jumps from 10 to 25 fps, it is not comfortable to play.

I had 7850 1gb, I set all settings to minimum, resolution 1280-720. In principle, it was possible to play. Fps was under 60. But jerks and drawdowns in some locations killed all the comfort. Fixed by changing the video card to 970th.
