Online Mode (Tony Hawk's Pro Skater)

Help, we bought the game in epics, we can't connect without using hamachi. without it, it’s like having downloaded a pirate, it doesn’t start anywhere. the Internet is stable for both. but even from hamachi, further than entering the party to each other we can do nothing, what to do?
