Auto-rotate camera (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I am looking for some kind of mod or a way to turn off the auto-rotate (auto-centering) of the camera while running or at a gallop. I want to admire the surroundings while traveling, and the camera always abruptly returns to its original position (straight ahead). Maybe you can turn it off in some of the files? In general, help.
