Dead isaland Riptide (Dead Island: Riptide) program has ended

I have a licensed Dead island Riptide. I played more than 16 hours calmly. But suddenly yesterday after pressing the "continue" button the game crashes on loading. That is, it enters the menu calmly, I can change the settings, etc., but when I try to continue the game or start saving, the game crashes.
At first I thought that the game was somehow crooked, but after trying to start a new game / start another save, the game crashed again.
I reinstalled the game 2 times, checked the cache, updated the drivers. Now I have completely reinstalled Steam and all the games, but did not give any result. The characteristics of the PC allowed us to play at maximum settings.

The only thing that I remember from the unusual: the last time I played offline (set the status to "offline" in incentive). In general, nothing helps,
