Legacy of the Dragon bug (Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous)

Has anyone faced such a problem? The legacy is not selected and because of this it does not allow the character to be pumped. Bugs does not give you anything to choose. Help if anyone came across.
Reloading the save did not help, re-pumping does not help either.
