Smoothing meringue ladders (Red Dead Redemption 2)
How to set up the most adequate anti-aliasing, so that there are no ladders, but also soap so that there is no such thing as with TAA, and so that performance is not greatly affected like msaa? who plays howI do not play, but I suppose that it is possible if the monitor is full HD 1080p, screw up the 900p, screw up msaa x2 and stretch it all in full fullscreen onto the 1080p maritza. the ladders will be removed currents will be smoothed out the soap will be a little soapy. Usually I do this up to low resolutions if my couple does not pull and I want ultra and I don’t want a new vidyuhu yet. or if there is nvidia there is some kind of crap that scales in high resolution resolution. you can play in high resolution and downgrade without anti-aliasing through nvidia, high resolution fhaa anti-aliasing which will be comparable in theory with msaa edge anti-aliasing, but there will be no points dithering. but it is worth noting that this can be more expensive than anti-aliasing because high resolution travon is more expensive than low resolution and than edge anti-aliasing.

wonder if there is at least one person who will understand what you wrote

For NVIDIA there is an Image Sharpening option in the control panel. In short, this option removes blurring in anti-aliasing by adding sharpness? a good thing, the main thing is not to set it to 100%, otherwise the picture will break, the main thing is not to check the GPU scaling box, if you have AMD, in fact, they have the same thing.

Here is the mod from the nexus - https://www.nexusmods.com/reddeadredemption2/mods/761
You put it, then turn on TAA in the game settings on medium and twist the smoothing clarity a little.
Fps may be slightly lower, frames 3-5. But the picture will be much clearer.

Either MSAA or TAA, TAA eats less, you can roll a shader of sharpness and adjust for yourself

Without scaling in native fullhd, the soap will be anyway. If the game is licensed, then with DLLS in 2k scaling it's not a big problem to run.
I played around with TAA + 1.250 scaling + blended graphics settings + 40% sharp, ignoring 50% grain.
The picture was like this.

They say that TAA is average - less soap, but I personally did not notice the difference with those settings, but just in case I played on average.
I decided to play on fxaa, excellent sharpness without terrible soap taa, the ladders are almost invisible, and if they are visible, only on some wires or some other surfaces, just in case, even in the wood, the video turned on some kind of smoothing 8x xs helped or not

in a couple of days I'll post how I get to the computer, but you will still see it incorrectly, because I have my own smart sharpness in the monitor, which does not grainy the image like the sharpness of nvidia in the panel
