found it myself-) steam_api.ini in the file find the Language category and enter instead of Russian instead of english

English will be better, at least the description of things and lore are correct, unlike the Russian version

Well, first of all, I didn't ask which would be better. Secondly, I do not know the language well enough to get a grasp of the plot in it. Thirdly, I do not suffer from meticulousness and the habit of clinging to the words of the translation, therefore, if somewhere the translation is not quite accurately selected, I will not die, with this translation it is quite a pleasant lore.
