RADEON Sapphire X1950 Pro

help me pliz, gave us a RADEON Sapphire X1950 Pro card, I found out that there was no condender (you can see in the photo, was there a condender there?).
1. How to find out the denomination? (or who knows - just say it :)
2. Can you replace it with a regular one? (barrel or film / ceramic)
3. In general, what is the best way for me to proceed?
I am good at soldering, I know a computer iron, I am not very
grateful in advance
