[W] means want, need (want)
Let's say we have gift Cs Go. We want to exchange it for gift Left 4 Dead 2.
The message exchange should look like this:

Let's say we have a gift of Terraria and we want to give to the needy users.
The message distribution of gift/key should look like this:
