Can't connect to server (Warcraft 3)

I installed all the patches on w3, when I clicked on the Battle.net button, I wrote that I could not connect to the server. Writes that it temporarily does not work. ((((

Try something:
1. Check the current patch for WarCraft 3;
2. In the Windows settings, give access to the war3.exe file to the Internet.
3. Try reinstalling the game right away with the latest patch.
If it doesn't help, I'll try to figure it out more thoroughly with this problem (it's not easy at home now).

You need to connect to RuBattle.net or Playground.ru server, but not to Battle.net.
If you do not have them in the list of servers, then you need to download and run the gate.reg file.
You also need to run the game through the w3l.exe file.
