I have a couple of questions, I hope you will help me figure it out until my Internet provider chopped off me1) how does this modem work or an all-weather point
2) is it possible to connect to the network so that the provider does not know and sucks too)

Which network? If the Wi-Fi of the neighbor, the provider will not know. Neighbor (if he does not understand anything in technology, he will not know either)
