does not see the joystick (Fast Furious Spy Racers: Rise of SH1FT3R)

the joystick is Chinese. for the joystick I use the x360ce program. how to change keyboard controls?

installed the game today. I play on the wheel via the Xbox 360 x64 Emulator v.3.2.8.77 (the Xbox 360 x32 emulator does not work on this game). Additional buttons do not work on the Emulator, so I additionally installed the Xpadder Key Simulator v.2011.06.24 (for Win.XP and 7) on the steering wheel buttons.

I run any game through Steam. Launch Steam, go to Big Pictures, controller settings, check the Custom controller settings and Custom settings for a regular gamepad checkboxes, launch the game. I have a Logitech RamblerPad2, tried it with other Chinese - anyone works.
